This is a restaurant that cooks a lot of good Spanish food, along with a lot of pool tables open to play as you eat. There was a lot to offer with this restaurant. As my boyfriend and I walked inside this restaurant, I noticed it was pretty huge. It looked like one of those restaurants that you can host big parties in.
A host approached us and asked “how may I help you?” We then proceeded to ask for a pool table, one strawberry margarita and a cup of tito’s vodka with ice and lime. The margarita turned out to be $15 and the tito’s vodka was $12.
The pool tables that were way further in the back were $15 fifteen dollars, opposed to others being $20. I’m assume it was only $15 because it was smaller than other tables. I didn’t mind it at all.
After we got guided to our pool table, I asked to add a hookah to our tab. The host smiled and told me it was $25. Once again, I didn’t mind. When the hookah arrived, it was pulling perfectly. It was not too harsh, it didn’t make me feel light headed and it had a good taste as well. The taste kind of reminded me of the Snapple flavor Mango Madness.
One thing I can say about pool is I am not a strong player, but I was taught how to play. It wasn’t bad but I don’t think I would want to play again until I actually know what I’m doing.
This restaurant was not crowded at all, and I would estimate there were twenty people here, including the workers.
A pet peeve I have is stepping on sticky floors. The area my boyfriend and I was playing in had sticky floors. I hate it because sometimes my shoe gets stuck to the floor for a second. I asked the workers to mop the area to avoid anything, just incase. Besides that, the restaurant was clean and organized.
The people who worked there was also very friendly which gave this restaurant a big plus. I would love to come back to this restaurant once I learn the technique to play pool. I would give this restaurant a rating of 8/10.
