Atlantic City is a location that has something for everyone. Tourists can add to their list of activities, such as visiting Jersey Shore, going into a casino, walking on the boardwalk, going to the beach, and more. All of these activities are wheelchair accessible, making it easier to have a good time.

There are many places to stay while in New Jersey. There are countless hotels to choose from, but the closest one to the boardwalk is the Hard Rock Hotel; not only is this hotel the closest to all excursions, but it makes it a lot easier to travel. It allows others to stroll instead of looking for an accessible cab to reach one’s destination openly. The Hard Rock Hotel is one of the many hotels that offers accessibility and excellent accommodations for all individuals.

When people think of New Jersey, the first thing that comes to mind is Jersey Shore. Visiting the boardwalk or going to the beach is very accessible. Going to the beach can be a very relaxing experience. The beaches from the coaster provide free access to the beach, where many individuals can enjoy the ocean’s view. According to the Atlantic City website, it is stated that the Jersey Shore is divided into 11 districts that have accessible beaches. Outdoor showers, ADA restrooms, beach access ramps to and from the boardwalk.

Additionally, besides tanning on the beach, there are restaurants, shops, casinos, and many other excursions to explore. Caesars Atlantic City is a terrific place to tour around. This casino entails poker, blackjack, and machine slots. Not only can people enjoy their time gambling but also by eating delicious food at Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill. Both locations are wheelchair accessible, providing tables and slot games with removable stools.

Many individuals also love to explore and take in the ocean’s view while being on a cruise. A fantastic way of being able to see the view is by sightseeing whales or dolphins. A company called Cape May Whale provides its customers with a range of cruises. The cruises range from sunrise to sunset. Various of their cruises provide their customers with dinner and a view of the sunset. The boat provides a ramp for wheelchairs, making it a smooth transition.  Each area of the boat allows a great view; this allows everyone to feel comfortable.

For many wheelchair users being able to engage in all activities while being on vacation is very exciting. It gives those individuals a sense of freedom and independence. It is also enticing to see places become more diverse and accessible.
