The Power universe is a well-known popular television series. There are other shows that are referred to as book “spin offs” that branch out of the original show. Power Book IV is a spin-off focusing solely on the main character, Tommy Egan, who is played by Joseph Sikora after he cuts ties with his life in New York. 

He is known as the bad boy throughout the show. Tommy originally was planning to travel to California but he makes a pitstop in Chicago and decides he will be staying there. 

Power is a binge-worthy watching crime show. It conveys how a drug organization works. It shows viewers how criminals handle negotiations with drug lords and other organizations. In this particular show, Joseph Sikora pushed his way into Chicago’s illegal drug trade. At the end of the day, everyone is trying to make money. Money definitely comes with power. He is a character that carries himself with swag but is quite brilliant at the same time, as well as funny. You will be entertained for sure if you decide to watch this show. 

As Tommy explores Chicago and learns its streets, he tries to find out where the real action comes from. He creates altercations with powerful people and he made his mark. No one knows who he is or where he came from but in the show, it’s clear that people want him gone. Tommy did not go into Chicago for no reason. It turns out he has history there, and he runs into people that are closer to him that he had no recognition of. 

He is a man with a short fuse, and when there is drama he somehow always ends up being involved. Reasons include that he either caused it or people just want to get rid of him. This gangster has no problem “lighting Christmas on their ass,” which is one of Tommy’s favorite lines throughout the show.
